Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.
“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.
Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.
Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the continuing investigation deepens his concern that the President's birth certificate is a forgery.
Wow, what a surprise, he found exactly what he suspected. They are just repeating what other small minded fools have said before, so safe to say no evidence that would stand up in a court of law in the United States. Its upon you to prove to us that what you are saying is true. Take it to court you coward!
ReplyDeleteLet me be clear none of these Birther dullards have taken there “Birther Documents of facts, more like lies” and none have won a case in the “U.S. Courts”, maybe in their simple minds (if they have any) but not in our “U.S. Courts”, so unless Birthers/ teabaggers, whatever you want to be called, win a court case, we will continue to see as dullards, liars or racist or maybe all three. Deal with the real truth baby!

ReplyDeleteWe found out that the actual person who signed the base document was found is alive and well, 95 years old, sharp as a tack and she explained what the penciled in codes meant on Hawaiin Birth certificates during her entire career there.
We also found out that the penciled in # "9" means that the information was not disclosed and the 2 boxes with this code next to it were left blank when the original document was filled out and then reviewed by a 2nd person as per protocol in 1961..
We found out that by virtue of those 2 boxes that were left blank {name of father, race of father} and now are mysteriously filled in {and BTW 'AFRICAN" was not a "race" in 1961} with information, that the document is in conflict with itself.
We found out that at the time of Soetoro's birth ANY ONE could file a claim that someone was born in hawaii so long as the person making the claim had been a resident {not even a citizen} and paid taxes for 1 year and a birth certificate that seemingly would legitimize the infant as a US citizen would be issued even if the infant was born in a foriegn country and was no more of a natural born citizen than Adolph Hitler.
We found out that many Japanese born babies were given Hawaiin birth certificates as a result of this loophole in hawaiin law.
There are many other new things learned from this video press conference including the hospital that Soetoro claimed he was born in was a 60 bed facility in 1961 with a maternity ward of 20 beds. A LOG BOOK was kept at the maternity ward into which the names of the parent{s} of every babie born there were enterd by hand. Each log book spanned 2 calander years. The log books are openly availible to the public. Yet strangely when the two Arizona investigators went to the hospital and requested to see the log entries from August 1961 they were absolutely refused access to the log. Viewing this book would have solved the question of whether the sitting POTUS was born in THAT hospital. If Stanley Ann Dunham's name was logged there on Aug 4, 1961 as the birth mother of a baby boy there would no longer be any doubt over the citizenry of Barry Soetoro. WHY did Kapaloni Hospital refuse access to what had been prior to the arrival of 2 AZ investigators an open to the public log?
After you view the video for yourself you should ponder very hard WHY people like the above poster and others who are paid hacks for our 1st Communist POTUS would blatandtly LIE in his post. the most logical answer is you will believe him and even repeat his lies in the hope that you will not take the time to view it yourself.
If you are contemplating voting for Barry Soetoro you should ask yourself why Soetoro and damn near every one around Soetoro lie to you with a bold face and with such ease on a daily basis and if born liars playing you for a sap every day for the last four years doesn't bother you, WHY?
You know why the short joe arpaio will not take his so called evidence into a US court, even in Arizona, is because the judge would first laugh at it and throw him out on his behind.
