Syrian security forces have clashed with foreign-sponsored insurgents in the northwestern city of Aleppo. Fighting was reported near the television and radio stations in the city on Saturday. Clashes were also reported in the central area of Seif al-Dowla. The Syrian troops have inflicted heavy losses on the insurgents in Aleppo over the past few days.
